Hi, I’m Dora.

I’ve spent decades trying to understanding how Social Impact can benefit the bottom line – truly believe that if businesses are doing the right thing for their stakeholders, we will make the world a better place while growing our businesses. 

C-suite leaders understand that they need to be engaging in ESG activities, but they’re still not always clear on the why, or the how… so the responsibility to move the needle now falls on the shoulders of sustainability leaders.

That’s great news, because we care deeply.  But can also be bad news, because pushing a boulder uphill (while dragging the rest of the organization with us) is freaking exhausting.

This membership site was built in response to the dozens of ESG and Sustainability leaders who have asked me to build a community that will help them do their work more efficiently, pull off their biggest goals, and most of all – help them sustain their energy long enough to create the impact they want to see.

  • Yes, you could!  Or you can just read one article a month that outlines all of the trends related to GRI/ GSSB/ SASB/ IFRS/ CSRD and TFCD that are relevant to a corporate practitioner.   I’m confident this newsletter will save you at least a half-day’s worth of research each month.

  • Yep, there are many wonderful webinars and communities on LinkedIn designed to discuss ESG and sustainability practitioners- but most are designed to educate - not necessarily to give you concrete ideas on what to do next.  Also,  “Tricia from Direct Mail Services” who saw that you were on the same sustainability webinar won’t be messaging you afterwards.  (Or she’ll be booted off the platform.)  Instead, I join all of those sessions and bring back the information you need to do your work well.
